Tim has over 15 years experience of marketing communications and customer insight experience gained from working across creative, media and research. Experience includes brand development, database marketing, CRM planning, evaluation, quantitative & qualitative research and loyalty scheme strategy development.

Currently Tim manages the Data and Insight team; core to the business the team is responsible for customer centric planning and campaign evaluation. The team of five includes two senior analysts and two data planners.
